TEACHING From Experience

I started my first business at 14 with no money, no mentor, and no roadmap. At 18 I formed a band and spent five years touring before moving into fitness. Then I built Norse Fitness from selling apparel out of my car into a multi-7-figure international brand, opened a gym that’s still running nearly a decade later, and raised my daughter as a single father with full custody through all of it.
None of it came from talent. I grew up with nothing, failed through school, and had every reason to stay stuck. What carried me through every chapter was learning to build systems that held when motivation was gone.
That’s what I coach now. The men I work with already have ambition and work ethic. What they can’t figure out is why they keep starting things and never finishing them. I find their root cause and help them fi it.
